Privacy Policy

What we collect when you contact Apex Drywall Repair, how we use it, and how to ask us to delete it. Last updated October 19, 2026.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, city, the year your home was built, a description of the repair and, if you add it, your email address. The business form also asks for your company, role, property type and the kind of work. We also note which page you sent the form from and, if you scanned one of our QR codes, which one (a card, a shirt or the truck).

When you text or call us, we receive your phone number and the messages and photos you send.

How we use it

Only to reply to you about your repair: to give you a price, schedule the work, invoice you and keep a record of the job. If you give an email address on the form, we send one email confirming that we received your request.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the companies that run our website, email and records for us (Amazon Web Services and Google), who store it on our behalf.

Texts

We text you only about your repair. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep quote requests and job records for our business and tax records. To see what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, text 720-250-8525 or email mario@apexdrywallrepair.com.
