Who we work with
Homeowners
Text some photos and the year your home was built, and we text back a firm price, free. Patches, texture matching and painting.
Apartment communities, HOAs and metro districts
Unit turns, move-out damage, clubhouses and common areas, scheduled around residents, with multi-unit pricing when one visit covers several units.
Commercial owners, tenants and builders
Office, retail, clinic and restaurant space: tenant finishes, punch lists, finish corrections and damage repair.
Industrial and flex buildings
Most industrial space here is small-bay warehouse and flex buildings with an office or showroom up front. We hang, finish and repair the drywall in those areas, including equipment and forklift damage.
Where the license applies
Each of these is unincorporated Douglas County, where the county's Building Division is the building authority.
Highlands Ranch
Highlands Ranch has two governing bodies, the community association and the Metro District, and nearly all of its homes date from 1980 or later. Its commercial side includes several apartment communities, the Town Center's mixed-use buildings, a 306,000-square-foot retail plaza, a business park, a hospital campus, and a light-industrial and flex park off Santa Fe Drive.
Sterling Ranch
Sterling Ranch has been building since 2016, with nine villages and more than 12,000 homes planned around a future town center. Two apartment communities are open, its first commercial building holds a brewery, a coffee shop and an urgent care clinic, and small-bay industrial buildings sit nearby off Titan Road and Santa Fe Drive.
Stonegate
Stonegate sits beside Parker but outside the town, served by a metro district that covers about 639 acres. Alongside its homes are an apartment community and a neighborhood shopping center.
The Pinery
The Pinery lines Parker Road (Highway 83) about 4 miles south of central Parker. It's mostly homes, with HOA buildings and a planned commercial site.
Roxborough Park and Roxborough Village
Two communities at the foot of the Front Range next to Roxborough State Park: the gated Roxborough Park, run by its own foundation, and Roxborough Village beside it, with its own metropolitan district and a neighborhood shopping center.
Meridian
Meridian is an unincorporated business park and community on Centennial's southern border. It's mostly office buildings, several of them more than 100,000 square feet, and Douglas County itself leases an 82,000-square-foot building there.
Louviers
Louviers is a small community off Santa Fe Drive (US-85), south of Sterling Ranch, with an industrial park of warehouse buildings around 5,000 to 10,000 square feet.

Unincorporated Douglas County drywall questions
What does Apex's Douglas County license cover?
Apex holds a Douglas County Class A contractor license. In unincorporated Douglas County it covers construction, alteration, tenant finish and repair of any type or size of building, so homes, apartments, commercial and industrial buildings all fall under it.
How do I know if a property is in unincorporated Douglas County?
Many addresses here carry a nearby city's name. Sterling Ranch and Roxborough Park use Littleton's 80125 ZIP code, Meridian has Englewood addresses, and Stonegate and The Pinery have Parker addresses. What counts is whether the property sits inside a town's limits, so send the address with your request and we'll check.
Do you hang and finish new drywall, or only repair it?
Both, here. We hang, tape and finish new drywall through Level 5, and repair, texture and paint existing walls and ceilings.
Do you work on commercial and industrial buildings?
Yes: offices, retail, clinics, restaurants and apartment buildings, and the finished areas of warehouse and flex buildings. For larger jobs we're glad to walk the space with you first.
Does a commercial drywall job need a permit?
Usually, yes. Commercial tenant finish in unincorporated Douglas County goes through the county Building Division's permit process, and the county issues permits only to registered contractors. When you hire us directly and the job needs one, we pull it.
Do you work on older buildings?
We work on homes and buildings built in 1980 or later. Buildings from before 1980 are likely to contain asbestos in the wall texture or joint compound, and we don't take work in buildings with asbestos materials.
